Terms of Service

1. Services
LaunchJet provides web design, development, SEO, hosting, and related digital services. The scope of each project is agreed upon before work begins and outlined in a project brief or proposal.
2. Payment
A deposit of 50% is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before the final website is handed over or goes live. All fees are non-refundable after work has begun.
3. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond this may be billed at an hourly rate.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, branding) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may affect the project timeline.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final website design and content. LaunchJet retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
LaunchJet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the websites we create.
